Academic Integrity

Academic dishonesty, cheating, and plagiarism will not be tolerated by the Department of Construction Management!

All CON courses will adhere to the CSU Academic Integrity Policy as found in the General Catalog and the Student Conduct Code. At a minimum, violations will result in a grading penalty with instructor option to report to the Student Resolution Center – Conduct Services. Students will also be held to the Department of Construction Management Academic Integrity Policy.

The CSU Student Honor Code will be adopted by all CON courses and students are required to acknowledge and practice the honor code as stated below:

“As a student at Colorado State University, I recognize my active role in building a Campus of Character. This includes my commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsibility within the campus community. As such, I will refrain from acts of academic misconduct. Furthermore, reflecting upon this commitment, I find it my prerogative to conduct myself in a dignified and inclusive manner, taking the initiative to do justice within my institution, be considerate to my peers, and persevere both academically and personally.”

If, after reading the university and department policy, you have further question about the academic policies of a CON course, please make an appointment with your instructor to discuss the academic integrity policies.
