Industry Experience

Roebuck started his career as a union-trained sheet metal apprentice, giving him a unique perspective. As a craftsman, he worked as a fabricator in metal shops, on major commercial projects as an installer and technician, and in design as a sheet metal CAD/BIM engineer. He has functioned as an estimator, project engineer, preconstruction manager, business developer and project manager. But, his greatest passion is sharing his depth and breadth of knowledge to inspire others to consider careers in CM.
